The Story


Ingredients:

Rice flour, Beetroot extract, Tapioca starch, Water, Salt.

Serving instructions:

  • To make rice paper rolls: Take a piece of rice paper, soak it in water to soften and then place the rice paper on a plate. Put fresh vermicelli, raw vegetables, shrimp and cooked meat on top of rice paper and roll into a roll. Serve with dipping sauce of your choice.
  • To make spring roll rice paper: Take a piece of rice paper, soak it in water to soften and then place the rice paper on a plate. Put shrimp, crab or meat, vermicelli, carrots, and taro on a piece of rice paper and roll it into a spring roll. Fry the spring rolls in cooking oil until golden and ready to use. Serve with dipping sauce of your choice.

Storage:

Dry, cool place, avoid direct sunlight.
